We are looking for a General Operative to join our team at London Heathrow Airport. You'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations by maintaining high standards of equipment performance, safety, and efficiency. In this hands-on role, you'll assist with routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure everything runs seamlessly to keep operations moving.,

• Conduct operational and functionality checks on equipment to maintain smooth operations
• Perform cleaning, adjustments, lubrication, and monitoring of machinery
• Identify the root cause of issues and implement permanent solutions to prevent recurrence
• Assist in planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and respond to corrective and reactive maintenance requirements
• Act as the first line of response to resolve baggage jams and operational issues quickly and efficiently

Essential Skills & Qualities:
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to fault-finding
