General Production Operatives

We are currently recruiting for a General Production Operatives to join our Head Office site in Barton-upon-Humber. The candidates will work from Monday to Friday,06:00-14:30 or 07:00-15:30 Main Responsibilities:

• Work as part of a warehouse or production team within a designated department (including Assembly, Goods In, MSU E-Picks and Production) to see through the manufacturing of kitchen components, stock and units, picking and packing of stock and loading and dispatch of complete orders
• Ensure all daily departmental duties are completed in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and organisation within the department
• Provide training and support to colleagues as required by the Department Manager
• Project a positive image of Wren Kitchens and the department at all times
• Undertake any other duties as reasonably requested by the Manager or Supervisor
• Adhere to stated policies and procedures regarding Health and Safety in the workplace
• Adhere to procedures regarding the proper use and care of equipment and materials associated with the role
• Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge in order to effectively perform the role
• Work within a designated department in a position within the team as designated by the Manager / Supervisor
• Assist in the production and dispatch of fully assembled kitchen units and stock
  
  Desired skills & knowledge:
• Warehouse or producion experience would be an advantage but not essential
• Organisational skills
• Time management
• Flexibility, commitment and punctuality
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office & email advantageous but not essential
