Full Job Description

In this role you will be responsible for the delivery of global gifting strategies and global annual gifting plans to the highest standard for The Balvenie. Collaborate with the Global Gifting Brand Manager to step change gifting for The Balvenie. Your expertise in delivering effective gifting solutions that drive consumer engagement and deliver commercial results will complement the brand strategy and comms expertise. Experience in and an understanding of procurement and fulfilment will enable us to get the very best out of our suppliers and deliver to markets the right gifting solution of the right quality, on time and in full, at the right price and within the agreed budgets. Collaborate with the POSM Procurement and local market teams to optimise the development, implementation, performance measure and facilitate best practise across all Gifting.

A tenacious, detail orientated project manager with experience in delivering successful global gifting programmes in the retail sector withing the spirits industry or out of category (fashion, beauty, high end luxury brands also desirable). Our ideal candidate will be able to provide a customer centric commercial approach when planning, developing and delivering world-class gifting plans. A collaborative team player, able to work alongside multi-functional teams (brand, POSM, procurement, merchandising, markets). Able to adapt to change and a curiosity to find ways to optimise the development and production of gifting solutions (VAPs, Secondary packaging, GWP etc), with suppliers and agencies. This individual should demonstrate excellent communication skills and build strong, cross-functional relationships with the Balvenie brand team, procurement, local markets and agencies. A passion for sustainability as well as your eye to detail will be critical in this role. The role requires some travel, trade events, and market visits and is a FTC maternity cover for 12 months.
