As Global In-Store Innovation Manager, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of in-store experiences and operations for one of Coty's leading brands, within the Retail Excellence team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Global In-Store Innovation Manager you will be at the forefront of transforming in-store experiences for our brand.

This role demands a strategic approach, combining creative innovation with a deep understanding of shopper behaviour to craft cutting-edge, immersive retail environments. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that every aspect of the store experience aligns with broader brand strategies and market needs. Your ability to integrate the latest technologies and materials into your designs, manage global production processes, and uphold a consistent brand expression across all touchpoints will be crucial. This position requires a visionary mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and the agility to drive seamless execution across diverse markets.

Your main focus:

In-Store Experience

-Innovative Design
: Design and develop permanent in-store fixtures, retail environments, and visual merchandising elements that maximize brand expression and are rooted in shopper insights for an optimized store experience.

-Trend Leadership:
Stay ahead of trends by creating category-disrupting designs and first-to-market solutions using new technology, materials, and experiences to excite stakeholders.

-Phygital Integration:
Collaborate with the digital team to ideate and implement technology solutions that enhance the in-store experience, ensuring a shopper-first mindset and seamless digital integration.

-Global Brand Consistency:
Develop retail expression guidelines to ensure 360° brand consistency across touchpoints globally and support a seamless omni-channel consumer journey.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication

-Effective Communication:
Create strong written and verbal briefs that effectively communicate project objectives, requirements, and expectations, incorporating insights from cross-functional teams.

-Collaboration and Feedback:
Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to maintain feedback loops and ensure alignment from design to execution, supporting the strategic direction.

Process Optimization & Sustainability

-Production Management:
Manage the global development and production of in-store fixtures, ensuring high-quality production and timely delivery.

-Technical Solutions:
Implement technical solutions to streamline processes, optimize production, and support cost efficiency, sustainability, and scalability across markets.

You will be a part of the Retail Excellence team, and you will work closely together with several departments such as Brand, Commercial Planning, Creative, Global key markets, and external agencies. All your colleagues are highly collaborative, innovative, and driven by a shared passion for delivering excellent retail experiences. The atmosphere is dynamic, energetic, and forward-thinking. Working in the team, you will experience a dynamic synergy between strategic planning and creative execution, where diverse perspectives are harnessed to fuel innovation and deliver impactful retail solutions.

-Knowledge and experience on Retail Design & Visual Merchandising

-Strong Agility & Project management skills: Ability to manage multiple projects with high level of complexity and a wide range of partners/touchpoints

-Very strong knowledge/skills of Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

-2D & 3D Technical design skills are essential: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, SketchUp (or similar)

-Commercial understanding: numerical and analytical

-Budget management experience
