Full Job Description
The Global Partner Seller will manage an existing revenue and customer base as well as generate new business sales revenue through Infosys in EMEA. This will be achieved by territory planning, account planning, forecasting, using business development techniques and field-based sales activities within the assigned territory and engaging with the ServiceNow ecosystem to ensure success in generating Net New revenue opportunities and effective management and closure of sales opportunities. Critical to this role:
- Achieve Net New sales quotas for allocated Infosys Account on a quarterly and annual basis
- A deep understanding of the Infosys go to market strategy
- Develop a sales strategy to expand current opportunities and drive Net New Revenue
- Relationship management to align the named partner sales teams and Service Now field teams.
- Prospect qualification, development and execution of new sales opportunities of ongoing revenue streams
- Tailoring the ServiceNow value proposition to Infosys' prospects based on in-depth research of specific business conditions and drivers.
- Pipeline management, sales process management including effective forecasting and opportunity closure
- Arranging and conducting initial product demonstrations and presentations that are tailored to the prospect
- Ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction and to drive additional revenue streams
- Being the trusted advisor to the Infosys team by understanding their existing and future road map to drive
- ServiceNow solutions within individual organizations and the marketplace
- Building and maintaining relationships with Service Now Field teams & their accounts to expand & drive net new revenue
In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has: - Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
- Demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Net New & Renewal business sales focus
- Previous sales experience with software sales organization managing multi-million-dollar deals
- Demonstrable track record of displacing complex or legacy software
- Previous SaaS sales experience highly desirable
- Commercially astute, experience in developing business case and ROI together with Infosys's personnel.
- Ability to understand the "bigger picture" and the business drivers
- Ability to articulate the value of solutions to Infosys and to leverage this to drive maximum revenue opportunity
- Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of both Infosys organizations and internal Service Now Sales teams
- Degree educated or equivalent experience
