Full Job Description

Dartford & Gravesham NHS Trust Procurement Department are presenting an exciting opportunity for a Band 3 Goods Receipting Officers to join our team.

Based in our Goods In/Stores area you will be the first point of contact for delivery drivers and couriers. The role will be to ensure that all goods are received and receipted onto the Trust Finance System correctly and in a timely manner. Supporting Finance with Invoice queries where receipting is required.

Keeping a tidy delivery area and store at all times ensuring a safe working environment.

You will be computer literate with the ability to learn new system processes and will require manual handling of goods and parcels.

This role will report directly to the Supply Chain Supervisor, Based in our Goods In/Stores area you will be the first point of contact for delivery drivers and couriers. The role will be to ensure that all goods are received and receipted onto the Trust Finance System correctly and in a timely manner.
