Full Job Description

Each post-holder will have a particular responsibility for one of Oxford's four academic divisions: Humanities (HUM), Mathematical, Physical and Life Sciences (MPLS), Medical Sciences (MSD) or Social Sciences (SSD), and will develop a detailed understanding and knowledge of graduate access and WP at subject level. They will work very closely with their divisional office and departments and/or faculties to help them to identify their local needs, shape strategies, embed graduate access and WP, and support the delivery of initiatives and strategic objectives. If you have a preference for one or more of the divisions, or no preference, please specify this in your application.

The post-holders will need to show great flexibility as this area of work is fast-changing. They will be key players in driving and delivering change (both of processes and mindsets), and will therefore need to show strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as excellent project management, problem-solving and analytical skills. This would be an excellent opportunity for individuals who have experience of access, WP and diversity to drive forward real change for underrepresented and disadvantaged groups in graduate study.
