Full Job Description

  • Use specialist tools to scrutinise and format data, generate detailed information and statistics, identify trends, efficiencies and new opportunities or risks.
  • Extract commercial data and liaise with Senior Commercial Managers to develop strategy for developing, validating and analysing data to meet the contract requirements and Skanska internal governance.
  • Identify trends and early warning notices from commercial data to prepare and notify of any risks or opportunities.
  • Preparation of any ad-hoc commercial reports required.
  • Assist when required in the preparation of any periodic information e.g. forecast background detail, subcontractor performance and additional works analytics.
  • Ensure commercial bids are monitored via trends and analytics of change.
  • Ensure digital transformation opportunities identified and progress on contract.
  • Capture contract change and variations to maximise commercial opportunities.

    Studying towards (in your final year) or having completed a degree in a digital or technology related subject that is accredited by a recognised industry body
  • A keen interest in the use of current and emerging digital solutions technologies to drive commercial performance
  • A keen interest in emerging technologies within the construction industry
  • Commercially minded
  • Excellent communications skills and attention to detail
  • Values driven and passionate about sustainability
  • Enthusiastic about learning and developing new ways of thinking
  • This role requires travel to different project locations. As such, we would expect you to have a driving licence or work towards obtaining one within your first year of working with us.
