SRL is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Graphic Designer to join our team. You will play a key role in creating visually impactful collateral across both digital and print, ensuring all designs align with our brand while pushing creative boundaries.

This role requires a high level of creativity, technical skill, and attention to detail, working across a variety of marketing and communication materials.

The role will be based in Winsford (Office-based, with occasional travel)., Creative Development - Generate multiple ideas for each brief and bring them to life with high-quality design.
Marketing Collateral Design - Create assets for social media, datasheets, brochures, direct mail campaigns, event stands, POS, and more.
Digital & Print Execution - Ensure designs are optimised for both online and offline channels, with a strong understanding of print production requirements.
Basic Video Content Creation - Develop short-form videos for social media, sales collateral, and the website, enhancing engagement and brand storytelling
Email Marketing - Design and manage email campaigns using Mailchimp or similar platforms.
Brand Alignment & Advocacy - Act as a brand champion, ensuring all work adheres to brand guidelines while adding creative flair.
Collaboration - Work closely with internal teams to deliver projects, balancing multiple deadlines.
Photography & Motion Design (Bonus but not essential) - Photography skills and experience with After Effects would be an advantage for creating animated assets., We care about our colleagues here at SRL. Essential:

3+ years' experience in an agency or in-house design role.
Proficiency in Adobe CC - InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Mailchimp (or similar email platforms) experience.
Strong understanding of print production and technical requirements.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A strong portfolio showcasing work in branding, design, and collateral marketing.
Passion for creativity with strong attention to detail and craft.
Basic video editing skills for short-form content creation.
A creative thinker who brings fresh ideas and can execute them with precision.
A team player with a positive, proactive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Adobe CC - InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
