SPIRIT is one of David Lloyd's newest signature classes and blends the tradition of Yoga poses with the strength of Pilates. Each SPIRIT class consists of pre-choreographed workouts, to help our members become balanced, flexible, and strong. All classes are set to beautiful, motivating music and closes with a 5-minute mindfulness meditation which boosts attentiveness and improves mood while lowering stress. Our NEW SPIRIT Rebels format allows families (8yrs +) to experience this beautiful blend of yoga, Pilates, and meditation all together in one workout. Want to see it for yourself? So what qualifications, skills and experience do I need?

• Essential - A minimum of a current L2 CIMSPA/EMD UK recognised teaching qualification.


• Takes responsibility to remain current and up to date with your qualification.


• Experienced in delivering Yoga/Pilates fusion holistic classes to music.


• Ability to follow choreography whilst implementing your own style of teaching to create a unique experience.


• Have effective communication skills, delivering technical cues clearly with the ability to build rapport and motivate!


• Good level of fitness to be able to physically meet the demands of the workout.


• Able to adapt a class to accommodate a wide range of ages and abilities, recognising everybody is different and unique.


• Good time keeping, trustworthy, reliable, friendly, professional.
