Full Job Description

Our Groups Administrator role is responsible for the support of the Groupactivities for our Australia and New Zealand markets, supported by the UK &IRL Group Manager and reporting directly to the Director of Planning, Pricing,Groups & Flights.

Themain duties of this role include Group quotations for Standard and ad-hocGroups, Direct Groups, Group Loading, Group Admin Activities, OperationalAspects concerning large groups.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Processes requests for groups concerning our air product - in conjunction with UK Flights Team.

- Processes requests for groups concerning additional items, ancillary services such as onboard service, travel request forms, etc.

- Supports the Senior Group Administrator concerning Group Chain activities.

- Ensures that standard group requests are always matching ship configuration and in line with standard rates.

- Ensures that standard group requests are in line with the occupancy requested by the customer and in line with RM approval.

- Gives clear indications to sales team once a quotation is provided with accurate indication on occupancy, cabin amount, rates, commission, expiry date.

- Ensures all contractual obligations of the business counterparties are always adhering to Company`s standards, for both direct and trade groups.

- Ensures Finance Department is informed about payment schedules related to direct groups and makes sure that payments concerning direct groups are timely chased.

Excellent written and spoken English- Degree/Baccalaureate qualification (desirable)

- Experience of working within the travel or tourism industry (strongly preferred)

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

- Strong communication skills with a 'can do' approach

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to work autonomously and be a 'self-starter'
