  • Be the first point of contact for guests via phone and email, delivering a warm and helpful service
  • Provide a personalised experience, ensuring every guest interaction feels special
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of The Celtic Collection and all its services to assist guests effectively
  • Work efficiently back of house, handling guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and attention to detail
