We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our farm team from March 2025 on a fixed term contract for up to 7 months. The role includes manually planting, harvesting, and maintaining crops (hand weeding), both on fields and in poly tunnels.

You will have good physical stamina to meet the minimum pick rate speed and will be a motivated self-starter. You will also have good dexterity to enable you to use your hands in a skilful, coordinated way when handling the crop and cutting appliances. Due to the nature of this work, you will be willing and able to work in all weathers and be flexible to work 6 days per week between the hours of 6am & 6pm.,

• Previous experience or an understanding of harvesting is desirable.
