In addition to leading the team, you'll take full responsibility for the kitchen's daily operations, ensuring smooth running, managing orders with nominated suppliers, and meeting financial targets. Your ability to stay calm under pressure and efficiently achieve budgeted costs for food, wastage, and wages ensures everything runs to perfection. And, of course, the evening culminated in the announcement of the most coveted accolade: Inn of the Year! The Inn Collection Group was officially established in 2013, though its story begins in 2006 with the opening of The Lindisfarne Inn on the beautiful Northumberland coast. Under the leadership of founder Keith Liddell, this single inn soon grew to include The Bamburgh Castle Inn in Seahouses, The Hog's Head Inn in Alnwick, and The King's Head Inn in Newton-under-Roseberry. These early expansions laid the foundation for what has become a multi-award-winning hospitality group, now led by CEO Sean Donkin. Today, The Inn Collection Group includes 32 unique inns across Northumberland, Tyne & Wear, County Durham, North Yorkshire, Lancashire, Cumbria, and North Wales. Since 2018, we have grown rapidly, acquiring stunning properties in some of the most breathtaking locations across the region. Originally based in Northumberland, our central support hub relocated to Newcastle Upon Tyne in 2022. Despite this growth, The Inn Collection Group remains deeply rooted in the North, proudly celebrating its heritage and connection to the region.

Sitting in a commanding position overlooking the expansive Longsands Beach, this art deco-style building has been completely renovated. Located in Tynemouth, it offers stunning views of the coastline and easy access to the seafront. The building houses a pub restaurant with 250 internal and 300 external covers, a fish and chip takeaway, and an ice cream and coffee parlour, adding to the vibrant coastal experience.
