We are currently looking for a professionally qualified and experienced Head of Assets and Repairs., You will have a successful track record of working in property management with a housing provider, experience of procurement, contract management, budgets and staff, and project management skills. You will also have significant experience of delivering planned/cyclical maintenance services and major works programmes at a senior level.
