  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to meet our £10 million annual revenue goal
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment with sales, marketing, and operations for seamless service delivery
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing national team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving sustainable growth across emerging markets
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with key clients, leading high-value negotiations with a consultative approach
  • Oversee regular reporting on team performance metrics, offering insights to enhance sales effectiveness.

    Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, with at least 2 years leading a regional or national team
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding revenue targets within a competitive market environment

  • Strong commercial acumen, with expertise in analyzing market trends and data-driven decision-making
