Full Job Description
Were looking for a Senior Compensation Leader to join us as Head of Compensation on a fixed-term basis, for a period of 6 to 12 months. In this role, you'll lead our team through the annual pay review process and support key strategic projects.

Reporting directly to the VP of Reward, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact quickly, leading compensation activities globally during an exciting period of change. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned comp leader with experience managing teams in fast-paced environments. Based in the UK, Monzos headquarters, youll play a crucial role in setting the direction, strategy, and policy for our reward programmes across our diverse and dynamic teams.
Youll play a key role by
Leading the annual pay review process
Collaborating with our Hiring team to craft competitive offers for senior roles
Partnering with senior leaders to roll out new compensation initiatives
Evolving our approach to market benchmarking
Introducing a new job architecture framework
Supporting Monzos European expansion by implementing country-specific compensation frameworks, This role can be based in our London office, but we're open to distributed working within the UK (with ad hoc meetings in London)
