About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Head of Development to lead our major gifts fundraising strategy. Working closely with the Director of Development, you will manage a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, drive donor engagement, and oversee Rugby's giving societies and stewardship programmes-including support for The Arnold Foundation.

This role offers flexible working and will require travel within the UK, including evening and weekend commitments.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and implement strategies to secure major gifts

· Build and manage strong relationships with high-net-worth donors

· Lead Rugby's giving societies and provide excellent donor stewardship

· Work closely with the Rugbeian Community and Rugbeian Society teams

· Support donor engagement through bespoke events and activities
