Are you a dynamic thought leader in educational and digital technologies? Do you have a passion for immersive tech, AI, and eLearning? West London College is looking for a Head of Digital Innovation and Learning Technologies to revolutionize educational experiences for both staff and students. In this exciting and ambitious role, you will lead the strategic integration of cutting-edge technologies, manage immersive learning environments, and oversee the digital transformation of our Learning Resource Centres (LRC) across all campuses., Lead the digital innovation and transformation initiatives college-wide.

Manage immersive learning environments and mentor the Digital Learning Technologists.

Collaborate with staff, students, external partners, and industry experts to drive innovation.

Design and deliver impactful digital experiences for events, open days, and CPD.

Oversee the day-to-day operations and digital transformation of the LRCs.

Enhance digital resources and support student learning and research.

Ensure compliance with GDPR and related legislation.
