We're looking for an expert and innovative Head of Public Safety Future Contact Pre-Sales & Solutions to join our dynamic team at Sopra Steria. In this key role, you'll work closely with customers and internal collaborators to develop and deliver pioneering solutions that align with customer needs and our broader capabilities, including Salesforce opportunities. What you'll be doing:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to understand their requirements and align them with Sopra Steria's capabilities.
  • Leading the development and execution of growth strategies for the Public Safety sector.
  • Driving value propositions and proposals to achieve customer and business objectives.
  • Collaborating with sales, business development, and product teams to optimally guide all stages of the sales cycle.
  • Managing a pipeline of prospects, opportunities, and firm proposals to make sure a balanced portfolio.
  • Providing market intelligence and insights to advise company strategy and decision-making.

    Experience in a customer-facing role, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
  • Expertise in the Public Safety sector and an understanding of its unique challenges.
  • High-level technical knowledge to advise solution development.
  • The ability to work independently and deliver results without supervision.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and build relationships.
  • It would be great if you had:
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and its applications in public safety.
