Full Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional leader to oversee all housing services and day to day repairs, ensuring high-quality, person-centred, and value-for-money services for supported housing. As a key member of United Response's Leadership Team, you will contribute to shaping organisational strategy while supporting Directors and Trustees. Flexibility and a willingness to travel nationwide are essential.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Experience in working for a social housing provider or local authority
  • Proven leadership of housing management services and repairs teams.
  • Expertise in budget management for housing services.
  • A strong track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated success in managing, supporting, and driving change and continuous improvement.
  • The ability to establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience contributing to corporate management and business development, delivering efficient outcomes.
  • A values-based leadership style that fosters trust, open communication, and innovation.
  • A strong sense of integrity and probity.
