Full Job Description
+ Leading, coaching, and developing a team of HR Business Partners to drive high performance and exceptional service across all divisions within Wolseley Group.
+ Defining and delivering the strategic vision for HR Business Partnering by implementing best practices and fostering continuous improvement.
+ Collaborating with the Chief People Officer to transform the broader HR strategy into actionable, business-focused plans aligned with organisational goals.
+ Building strong relationships with stakeholders to position the HR Business Partnering team as trusted strategic advisors.
+ Designing and delivering tailored people plans that address the unique challenges faced by each business area.
+ Previous experience operating in an HR Leadership role or as a Senior HR Business Partner within a complex, multi-site business.
+ Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams.
+ Expertise in driving change management and leading organisational redesign.
+ Strong track record of creating and landing impactful people strategies that align with business goals.
+ Excellent commercial awareness with a talent for analysing and interpreting business metrics effectively.
