ABOUT THE TEAM AND THE ROLE The Commercial Development team consists of Commercial Strategy, Pricing and Promotions, Seasonal Events and Trade Operations and Partnerships and Commercial Excellence, who together support the trading team to deliver our commercial targets. This role reports into the Director of Commercial Development and is a key member of the wider Commercial Development team. The Partnerships and Commercial Excellence team is made up of:

  • Partnerships Lead supported by Commercial Optimisation Manager and Strategic Partnerships Associate
  • Supplier Relationships Senior Associate
  • Commercial Excellence Manager supported by a Trading Project Manager
  • We're looking for a commercial leader, ideally with experience of working in retail and a track-record of managing strategic partnerships. The breadth of the role would suit either a generalist or provide an experienced buyer with new, complementary skill set to help take their career to the next level.
