• Lead and develop the PE department, ensuring outstanding teaching and learning across KS3 to KS5.
• Oversee curriculum planning, integrating a balance of traditional and modern approaches to physical education.
• Inspire and support a team of teachers, promoting high-quality teaching and coaching.
• Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to enhance whole-school initiatives and student engagement.
• Promote extracurricular sports and fitness programs, encouraging broad participation.
• Monitor student progress, implementing strategies to drive achievement and enthusiasm for PE.
  
  A degree in Physical Education or a related field, along with PGCE/QTS.
• Experience teaching PE at KS3 to KS5, with a record of success in student engagement and attainment.
• Leadership experience or the potential to lead and manage a department effectively.
• A passion for physical education and a commitment to student well-being and development.
