As the Head of Product Propositions - New Opportunities and Channels, you will drive business growth by identifying and capitalising on new sectors and channels through innovative product propositions. Your role will leverage the legacy of Collinson's financial services propositions to build forward-thinking solutions that open new avenues for growth and market expansion. You will be responsible for creating a strategic roadmap to explore and tap into new sectors, identifying key opportunities, and designing propositions that resonate with untapped or underserved markets. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will guide the development, launch, and iteration of these propositions, ensuring they align with Collinson's broader goals while delivering tangible business outcomes. As the Head of Product Propositions - New Opportunities and Channels, you will also lead the team focused on driving proposition innovation, empowering them to execute the strategy effectively while fostering a collaborative and agile work environment across the organisation.,
- Develop the product strategy for new sectors and channels, leveraging Collinson's heritage in financial services to create innovative propositions that drive business growth.
- Lead the creation and prioritisation of the product roadmap, balancing long-term vision with short-term deliverables that deliver value to clients and their customers to drive business success.
- Lead cross-functional teams through the development and execution of new product propositions, from ideation to market launch and post-launch iteration, ensuring consistent value delivery to customers and stakeholders.
- Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, providing them with the tools and resources needed to execute the product strategy effectively.
- Drive innovation across the proposition lifecycle, working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and commercial teams to develop solutions that meet market demands and address evolving industry needs.
- Foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure new opportunities and propositions are successful, competitive, and aligned with market trends and company goals.
- Act as a thought leader in new sector exploration, staying informed on emerging market trends, consumer behaviour, and technological advancements to maintain Collinson's competitive edge.
- Define, measure and monitor key performance metrics and KPIs, using data to guide decisions and refine product and proposition offerings.
Proven track record of identifying and driving product-led growth, preferably in the travel, leisure, retail, loyalty or entertainment sectors. - Experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering new propositions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to balance strategic vision with short term execution, ensuring new opportunities align with both market needs and business goals.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build partnerships with external and internal collaborators.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using data and KPIs to measure the success of new propositions and optimise outcomes.
- Ability to lead complex projects, manage multiple priorities, and drive innovative solutions to market.
