Liaise closely with the Manager, Academy Manager, Head of Emerging Talent, and Head of Academy Recruitment to build awareness of ongoing recruitment criteria. Start/lead negotiations with players and their representatives regarding transfers and contracts. Provide regular updates in formalised meetings to the Manager and MD on overall recruitment progress, market trends, and potential targets. Develop and maintain strong relationships with players, agents, other clubs, and key stakeholders within the football industry.

Education/Qualifications/Training: FA - Leadership of Talent ID & Development (desirable) Abilities/Skills/Knowledge: 5 years proven experience within a similar role in Band 6 or above. Wide network of contacts. Extensive knowledge of modern football landscape, including player markets, Talent ID methods, and Data & Analysis toolsets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. An ability to take brave decisions after a comprehensive process. A willingness to take ownership and be held accountable.
