Full Job Description

As the Head of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our sales strategy, with a focus on achieving financial targets, enhancing team performance, and expanding our client base. This hands-on leadership role requires a deep understanding of the sales process, market trends, and customer needs. You will be responsible for fostering key relationships, optimising conversion rates, and ensuring that our sales objectives are met across the board. What You'll Do:

  • Lead and inspire the sales team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business goals.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, focusing on long-term success.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to continuously refine the sales approach.
  • Monitor sales performance, provide regular reporting, and make adjustments to ensure targets are met.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to create integrated sales campaigns and enhance brand visibility.
