As a Head of Talent based in Warwick, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Providing leadership to the Talent team which includes Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, and HR Communications functions.

  • Collaborating with the HR Leadership Team to create and implement talent strategies aligned with business growth objectives.

  • Overseeing the development of impactful learning programmes, including apprenticeships, whilst supporting a culture of continuous development.

  • Designing and delivering innovative talent acquisition and engagement strategies to attract, retain, and nurture top talent.

  • Leading internal communication strategies to strengthen employee engagement.

  • Driving diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within talent programmes.

  • Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams

  • Strong knowledge of best practices in learning and development, HR communications, and talent acquisition.

  • Experience working with leadership teams to align talent strategies with business goals.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • A strategic mindset capable of transforming business requirements into effective talent solutions.

  • Ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organisation.

  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.

  • Innovative approach to talent management challenges.
