Health Care Assistant

As a Healthcare Assistant at Homecare Gurus, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate care to our clients. This position is essential in supporting our mission of providing high-quality personal healthcare services while enhancing the well-being of individuals within the community.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
Monitor clients' health status and report any changes to the healthcare team.
Help with mobility and physical exercises as directed by healthcare professionals.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
Document care provided and maintain accurate records as required.

Previous experience in a healthcare or caregiving role is preferred and mandatory.
Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs
Care home experience
