Reporting to the Group Head of Health & Safety you will provide administrative support to Retail teams and our Health & Safety team. Mitigating losses and holding a proactive approach to improving our safety standards, ensuring Frasers' is safe place to work and visit. You will be part of an onsite Health and Safety team, so we are looking for an individual who has an eye for detail and can collaborate well with others. You need to be a self-motivated individual and able to demonstrate high levels of initiative, motivation and trust but also work closely with internal and external stakeholders. You do not need to have prior Health & Safety experience for this role - we are looking for an experienced Administrator who is willing to learn and use their initiative. Expect to be responsible for:

• Investigating accidents for all stores that are logged on the Accident reporting system
• Liaising with staff and customers via the phone and face to face, ensuring a polite, empathetic and professional manner
• Reviewing CCTV footage ensuring close attention to detail and patience
• Conducting training around accidents for Stores, Warehouse and new acquisitions
• Dealing with customer/employee complaints for all stores, web orders and the warehouse
• Investigating property claims and making payment for damages with third party companies
