Full Job Description

HSCCs support the successful delivery of Adult Social Care (ASC) through the provision of excellent customer service to all customers (including members of the public, citizens, commissioners, health colleagues, ASC employees and other agencies). They act as point of contact for telephone, e-mail, website and written enquiries directed to the service area. They provide the team's administrative functions processing and recording assessments and referrals. HSCCs also send correspondence which includes legal documentation and organise, develop and maintain accurate and confidential records and filing systems. About You The successful candidate will provide support to various Adult Social Care Teams, which completes assessments to ensure that decisions are made in the best interests of citizens. We are a small supportive team based at The Mary Potter Centre. The successful candidate will work closely with one other HSCCs. Hybrid working from home is available by negotiation in this role.

  • Ability to assist in resolving and monitoring non-complex customer queries or complaints;
  • Experience of undertaking a range of office and administrative duties including inputting referrals onto electronic systems, answering the phone and taking messages, filing, photocopying and scanning documents;
  • Ability to manage your own workload;
  • Ability to respect and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive and complex information;
