Are you a qualified Health Visitor or currently studying the Specialist Community Public Health Nurse training in Health Visiting?

We have a range of part and full time Band 6 Health Visiting posts across Brent. You will be an either qualified or currently in training for your Specialist Community Public Health Nurse qualification with a passion for public health nursing seeking to new ways of working with families.

From April 2023 a Recruitment premia has been introduced to attract and retain qualified Health Visitors within CLCH's Health Visiting Teams. For registered Band 6 Health Visitors, this post is offering a premium of £2,500 payable upon commencement of employment (T&C's apply) We work in partnership with Brent Family Wellbeing Centre and local Maternity services to deliver Best Start for Life. • To plan, organize and evaluate an innovative health visiting service, and where appropriate, delegate to other members of the health visiting team to ensure delivery of a high quality service
• To provide a skilled, effective and evidence based health visiting service to clients in a variety of community settings.
• To work in collaboration with other health care and service providers to ensure seamless delivery of services for clients and communities
