Full Job Description
New team members are supported through induction, training, shadowing and a preceptorship package tailored to your individual needs.
- 4-6 weekly supervision with Line Manager and Safeguarding Team
- Appraisal in the first 3 months of the role and then annual Your professional development and opportunities for learning will be explored through supervision with your line manager.
