This position offers the chance to work as part of a highly regarded 20+ strong healthcare team advising clients across the Health and Care sector. The firm is flexible on office location and provides the opportunity to work on complex and often high-profile cases, including:

• A full range of healthcare advisory matters
• NHS Continuing Care and Responsible Commissioner issues
• Funding priorities and exceptional funding cases
• Mental Capacity and Mental Health Act matters
• Governance and compliance issues
• Incident investigations and public inquiries
While candidates are not expected to have experience in all areas, the role will involve some national travel to meet client needs.

This role is ideally suited to a 7+ PQE solicitor with strong experience in healthcare advisory work. A good working knowledge of welfare applications under the Mental Capacity Act 2005 would be a distinct advantage. Key Requirements:
