Are you a compassionate, tech-savvy, and outgoing individual looking to make a meaningful difference in someone's life? We need a healthcare assistant to provide complex care at home to our vibrant 23-year-old service user with a diverse range of interests. This unique role not only involves providing essential care but also engaging in his hobbies and activities to enhance his quality of life.
From eye-watering top tempos to blistering lap records our service users love of Formula 1 is more than just a need for speed. The successful candidate will know their starting grid from their social media grid, as another passion of our service user is social media. You will engage with our service user in their tech and social media interests, helping them create content and stay connected online. No two days are the same, one evening you could be visiting local pubs, the next playing their favourite Connect 4. Bonus points if you share a love for anime, or skateboarding as often their day includes watching and discussing favourite shows.
Above all, you will foster an outgoing and fun environment, promoting social interactions and community involvement throughout the day. We ensure that our service users get the best possible outcomes, completely aligned with their preferences.

Your responsibilities
Personal Care; Tracheostomy care (including tube change); Ventilator, Suctioning (Oral, Nasal & Tracheal); Cough Assist; Medication Administration; Gastrostomy care (including tube changes and sterile water change); Moving and Handling; Vital observations.
