The Frontline Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations and supervision of healthcare cleaning, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and effective domestic services that meet customer requirements and service level agreements., The role will focus on maintaining exceptional standards across all areas of responsibility, ensuring that ISS's quality and service standards are consistently met. The Frontline Manager will be responsible for reviewing work schedules, ensuring a seamless flow of communication in the day-to-day service delivery of the contract. In addition to managing operations, the Frontline Manager will respond to customer requests in a prompt, polite, and professional manner, ensuring that all duties are carried out with courtesy. They will also familiarise themselves with and adhere to all relevant company policies and procedures. A key aspect of the role is active participation in the company's Health and Safety policy, reporting any potential hazards, near misses, or dangers to maintain a safe and compliant working environment.,

• Allocate workload in line with planning and maintain staff rotas, updating schedules as needed
• Ensure key security and allocation
• Provide effective and efficient domestic and patient catering services under the Operations Manager's direction
• Work with or in the absence of staff
• Maintain effective communication channels
• Ensure quality monitoring, activity reporting, and performance monitoring are implemented and maintained as per company policy
• Conduct quality control inspections with ward and departmental managers as required
• Participate in regular team meetings, performance reviews, and investigations
• Ensure correct materials and methods are used and equipment is kept clean and in good working order
• Report faulty machinery or equipment immediately
• Complete accurate recording and documentation
• Identify the need for cleaning materials and raise requisitions as needed
• Trial new cleaning materials and equipment as required
