Full Job Description

The successful candidate will work as part of the Ward B2 team to provide nursing support to adults with rehabilitation needs, enhanced care needs and to support complex discharge planning., Do you have a passion for community nursing and are looking to develop your knowledge and skills within this field. If so, we currently have a Band 2 vacancy within our Community Hospitals in CTUHB.
The team of qualified nurses and health care support workers provide nursing support to adults with rehabilitation needs and support complex discharge planning, ensuring that patients are discharged to the most appropriate destination.
We are looking for compassionate, motivated and reliable individuals who have a desire to care for adults in the community hospital setting. Within this role you will be part of the team caring for patients.

The post holder will be part of an integrated team. You will be supported in your role by the registered nurses, Ward Manager and Deputy Ward Manager.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
