Join us as a Highways Enquiries Officer to help build a better Lancashire. In this role, you will manage and administer the highway casework of County Council Members and Councillors. You will respond to customer complaints and Freedom of Information (FOI) requests, escalating matters when necessary. Collaborating with the wider district team, you will ensure issues are thoroughly investigated and take a customer-focused approach when communicating outcomes. These roles are predominantly home-based with occasional travel to County Hall or our Cuerden Depot in Bamber Bridge. These roles are available on a flexible basis, with working hours ranging from 20 to 37 hours per week, depending on your needs. This will be discussed at the interview.
