What will I be doing?
Overseeing both reception, holiday sales and nights, you will lead a team of up to 20 to ensure that our guest journey is effortless from beginning to end. This includes making sure all guest information is prepared prior to check in and departure, but also to maximise sales throughout their stay and beyond by provide informative and advice on the hotels experiences from Afternoon Tea to Gin Tasting. Whilst also allowing our guests to talk in confidence with you and book their next break.
