- Personalised Care Plans: Tailored support for individuals in their own homes.
- Daily Hygiene Assistance: Help with washing, oral care, bathing, and dressing.
- Mobility Support: Assistance with getting up and going to bed.
- Meal Preparation: Encouragement and support during mealtimes.
- Medication Administration: Ensuring health and safety with precise care.
- Household Assistance: Creating a nurturing and supportive living environment.
- Toileting Support: Help with toilet visits and changing incontinence aids.
- Specialised Equipment Use: Safe and respectful movement of clients.
- Accurate Record-Keeping: Maintaining continuity of care.

- Respect: Valuing the dignity and preferences of each individual. Essential Requirements:
- Car owner/Driver
- Commit to working every other weekend
- Work a minimum of 16 hours per week
We offer a competitive salary of £14.12 per hour on weekdays and £14.68 on weekends, paid weekly (this includes rolled-up holiday pay). - We'll cover the cost of your Enhanced DBS check, and Social Care Wales registration fee, and even provide a Blue Light Card-saving you over £70!
- Paid travel and waiting time up to 30 minutes.
- Paid mileage on support sessions (40p per mile).
- Full-time hours and set shifts, or flexible shift patterns.
- Refer a friend to join our team, and you'll both receive a £150 bonus-what a win-win! (paid once you have both worked 12 weeks).
- A 5-day in-depth Induction and training programme (paid at national minimum wage once you have worked for us for a minimum of 100 hours).
