As a Home Manager at Queensmount Care Home, you will lead a dedicated team to maintain our Outstanding CQC rating and provide exceptional care. You will lead and inspire a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring the highest standards of care. You will manage all aspects of the home, from identifying business opportunities to ensuring regulatory compliance. Building strong relationships with key stakeholders and enhancing the Bupa brand as a trusted healthcare partner will be crucial. We are looking for inspirational managers with strong clinical knowledge and expertise, plus an LMCS, RMA, or equivalent management qualification. You should have the ability to make a positive difference within a heavily regulated sector, with strong commercial acumen.
