Homeless Support Manager

YMCA Dulverton Group are seeking an individual who is passionate about supporting others, to join our Homeless Outreach Team in North Somerset as a Homeless Support Manager. Working in partnership with North Somerset Council, our North Somerset Outreach service offers street-based support to individuals experiencing homelessness, to enable them to access the relevant services to address their individual needs.

You will work collaboratively alongside other agencies to facilitate seamless support, working in a multi-agency way that puts the client's needs first. Building positive, professional and trusting relationships with clients, your team and other relevant services will be key. This role involves identifying client's support needs through assessment and engagement, so that they are supported to access relevant services to address their needs.

As a Homeless Outreach Officer, you will excel in maintaining precise records of support for the clients you work with, ensuring records are up to date and accurate. You will be an effective communicator, with the ability to network and build effective relationships with a variety of people. You should have a good working understanding of supporting individuals and the ability to understand the difficulties they experience in accessing services that fully meet their needs.
