As the Hospital Director, you will have overall leadership and management responsibility of the service, leading the services multidisciplinary team, and be responsible for operational performance whilst continuing to develop commercial opportunities with purchasers and referrers., If you are an experienced Hospital Director or senior clinician with a strong background in leading high performing teams, looking for a new opportunity to put your mark on an established medium, and low secure, and psychiatric intensive care (PICU) service for women who have Personality Disorder and Mental Health conditions, then apply to join the team at Arbury Court.
