• Shape that all-important first impression, greeting and welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism
• Deliver efficient, friendly 5-star service, ensuring food is presented and served in a clean, hygienic environment.
• Communicate effectively with customers and maintain a helpful attitude.
• Complete necessary sales controls, documentation, and adhere to Sodexo's food preparation and presentation standards.
• Perform front-of-house cleaning tasks, maintain stock levels, and ensure sufficient supplies and correct food temperatures during service.
• Report incidents and customer feedback promptly, assist with special functions, and provide cover during holidays and sickness.
  
  Proactive, resilient, and reliable with a can-do, hands-on attitude and excellent attention to detail.
• Effective at working with others, listening well, and demonstrating customer focus and service skills.
• Proven experience in a catering environment, adhering to and driving company initiatives.
• Shows personal innovation and passion for food and service.
