Host - The Piano Works Cardiff

As a Host/Hostess, you will greet and welcome customers, manage reservations, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.,

• Capable of handling different bookings at the same time, deal with our guests' reservations and make sure that they receive the most iconic welcome there is!
• Escort guests to their tables and give them the best tour around our cocktail menu. We want to hear your recommendations.
• Answer phone calls, take reservations, and provide information to guests over the phone.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, including the entryway, waiting area, and restrooms.
• Assist in opening and closing duties, including setting up the host stand and organizing reservation books.
  
  If you're passionate about hospitality, live music, and making guests smile, and you've got around a year's experience in fast-paced environments like bars, clubs, live music venues, or experiential party spaces - we'd love to hear from you., Strong communication skills to interact with guests in a polite and engaging manner.
• Excellent organizational abilities to manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle a high volume of guests during busy times.
• Positive and outgoing personality with a genuine desire to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
