  • Inspections and Surveys: Assisting with property inspections, identifying hazards and ensuring compliance.
  • Compliance Reports and Schedules: Preparing detailed reports and schedules of works, essential for effective enforcement.
  • Enforcement and Legal Processes: Assisting in the preparation and serving of notices and contributing to legal case preparation.
  • Customer Interaction: Engaging with residents and landlords, providing advice and resolving queries.
  • Multi-Agency Collaboration: Working alongside the Police, Fire Brigade, Trading Standards, and other key stakeholders.
