Location Homebased with occasional travel to our Worcester or Birmingham site for team meetings. Mergefield Title {Mergefield Value} Mergefield Title {Mergefield Value} This is a Permanent, Part Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST. The Vacancy You'll be joining the Customer Engagement Team, a passionate group dedicated to enhancing resident experiences through meaningful insights and data-driven decisions. Led by Rachel Edwards, the team includes two Customer Engagement Officers, a Coordinator, and a Co-Creation Lead (currently vacant). You'll work closely with colleagues and external stakeholders to shape engagement strategies, ensuring they align with new consumer standards and sector regulations. You'll ideally come from the Housing sector and will be familiar with legislation such as Housing Regulation Act. As a Housing Research and Insight Officer, you'll play a vital role in gathering and analysing data to enhance customer engagement. Your insights will shape decision-making, ensuring residents' voices are heard and acted upon. You'll be undertaking research and horizon scan to stay ahead of industry trends and communicate complex information in an accessible way for a range of audiences. With a flexible, part-time role of 17.5 hours per week, we are open to how you'd like to work these hours across the week. Please note, this role internally is known as Research and Insight Officer. The Role You'll have strong data analysis skills, using Power BI and Microsoft Excel to extract and present key insights. You'll be confident in conducting research and horizon scanning, ensuring the organisation stays ahead of new trends and best practices. Your knowledge of housing regulations and consumer standards will help shape engagement strategies that align with sector requirements. You'll be able to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights that inform decision-making at all levels. You'll thrive on networking and will make solid working relationships with other stakeholders within other Housing Associations. To join our team, you'll also have;

  • While this role is home-based, you should be able to travel to Group offices and other locations for meetings as required.
