Full Job Description

As Housing Services Manager, you will oversee a diverse accommodation service, including both short- and long-term housing options, and varying support levels (from high-support to floating support). You'll ensure that each resident receives a comprehensive, individualised support package, including a dedicated keyworker, group activities, and specialised care as part of our wraparound approach., 37.5 hours per week, with the ability to cover Bank Holidays and weekends as required

Turning Tides is seeking a dynamic and experienced Housing Services Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality residential services to individuals facing housing insecurity. This role is ideal for a compassionate leader with a strong background in housing support who is committed to making a real impact in people's lives.,

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Experience contributing to strategic planning and driving service-specific goals in line with organisational objectives.
  • Deep knowledge of the homeless sector, including factors contributing to homelessness, and an understanding of mental health, substance misuse, and dual diagnoses.
  • Understanding of harm minimisation approaches and the ability to develop trauma-informed, psychologically informed environments (TIC/PIE).
  • Familiarity with housing management legislation, policies, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing budgets, ensuring financial viability, and maximising personalised support for clients.
  • Capable of delivering high-quality, client-centred services with an emphasis on co-production and community involvement.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with external partners and stakeholders, leveraging a Systems Leadership approach.
