Housing Support Worker

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled, experienced, and enthusiastic Housing Support Worker to join our dedicated team. You will work alongside a team of Housing Support Workers within our internal supported accommodation provisions, providing essential support to young people., Work as part of a dynamic team on a rota basis, offering day-to-day support and guidance to young people.
Provide advice on benefit claims and employment/training opportunities.
Act as a link worker, developing risk assessments and conducting one-on-one sessions to enhance independent living skills.
Encourage, coach, and mentor young people to engage with the support offered and develop skills for independent living.
