Full Job Description

The working hours will be Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 5.30pm, covering a caseload of around 21 tenants in a shared community setting, covering Haringey, Barnet and Hackney, 2 days a week you will be based in the office near the Liverpool street station,

the rest of the week is client/property visits.

Directly supporting tenants to manage their tenancy, assisting them with housing benefit claims and signposting them to relevant support services and liaising with support services where required.

Conducting initial and regular assessments of the potential or actual service user including any risks, their needs, and requirements in respect of the service, to determine eligibility for the service taking necessary action where required are delivered.

You will need to have experience in supporting clients with their tenancies, applying for benefits and signposting information., You will need an enhanced Adult DBS in place, less than 8 months old or registered on the update service.
